Karole Sutherland's Biography
Ms. Sutherland brings a 30 year career in healthcare and drug development to leadership coaching. Karole's passion for helping others discover the infinite possibilities of great leadership and transforming good performers into star performers is at the core of her coaching practice.
Working with leaders at all organization levels, she supports them to learn about their personal style and strengths. This understanding is the foundation for a leadership style that increases employee engagement, collaboration and improved decision-making. Great leaders set the strategic vision for their teams, inspiring them to achieve impossible goals.
